"Tired of waiting for support"

"Packaging felt really careless"
My order showed up with the box all bent up, and one of the products had leaked inside. It felt like something was off with how it was packed, like it was just tossed in there without much protection. For the price, I expected it to arrive in much better condition. Disappointed, and I’m not sure I’d order from here again...

"Shade was really off"
I ordered a foundation shade that looked like a great match on the website, but when it arrived it was way more orange and darker than I expected. I spent quite a bit of time checking the photos before buying, so that was frustrating. The formula itself seemed fine, but if the shade is that far off, it’s not really worth it for me because I can’t actually use it. Definitely disappointing.

"Kinda overpriced tbh"
I feel like I paid way too much for this. The product ended up feeling cheap and smaller than I expected, so overall it just wasn’t worth it imo.

"I returned my order weeks ago and still..."
I returned my order weeks ago and still haven’t gotten my refund. Every time I contact support, they just tell me to wait a few more days, but it’s getting really frustrating at this point. A friend had actually recommended this place to me, so I was hopeful, but after this experience I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

The promo seemed good at first, but when I got to checkout, it still charged me the full price. I messed around with the code a bit, but it never actually applied.

"I tried ordering from the site..."
I tried ordering from the site, but it got annoying fast. The pages were slow, the menu kept taking me back to places I’d already been, and checkout on my phone felt really clunky. After a while I just gave up. Not worth it.

"Maybe it’s just me, but it did nothing"
I used it like I was supposed to and didn’t notice any change at all. Maybe my expectations were too high or my skin/body just didn’t respond to it, but for me personally, it felt like a waste.

"Just wasn’t worth it for my skin"
I ordered this from lamoniquecosmetics.com thinking it would be gentle, but unfortunately my face got red and itchy after using it. I only made it two days before I had to stop. It might be fine for other people, but it definitely didn’t agree with my skin. For the price, I was hoping for a much better experience

"Not really impressed with the ingredients"
I looked at the ingredients after I bought it and was disappointed. For the price, I expected something a bit cleaner or higher quality, but there were a few ingredients in there that I usually try to avoid in skincare. My skin didn’t feel that great after using it either, which made me question it even more. Maybe it works well for some people, but for me it just didn’t feel like it matched what I thought I was paying for. Did anyone else have the same issue with this?

"Shipping took forever and the updates were all over the place"
I’m frustrated. It’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting for my order to show up. What made it worse is that every time I checked or asked about it, I seemed to get a different answer about where it was or when it would arrive. I don’t mind waiting a little, but the inconsistent updates made the whole thing way more annoying.

"The smell was just too strong for me"
I really wanted to like this, but the scent was just way too much for me. At first I thought maybe it would fade after a bit, but then, yeah, no, it just kept bothering me and kind of gave me a headache
